So what do people think now about the chances of reconcilliation between Andromeda and Cissy? Of corse I do realise that the chances are slightly...slimmer now that Death Eaters have killed both her husband and daughter, and Cissy's DE husband and son managed to survive. But maybe Harry will tell Dromeda about Cissy lying about his death, and maybe Dromeda will want to renew ties with the one other bit of family she has left.
I don't know. Despite Bella saying that her and Cissy haven't set eyes on Dromeda since she left that doesn't mean that a) letters weren't exchanged or that contact wasn't made during Bella's stint in Askaban between the two other sisters.
OK I might be a bit optomistic but they is still the possibility at least.

Date: 2007-07-24 01:10 pm (UTC)One cool thing was that, in the epilogue, Ron said "so that's little Scorpius, then?" which made me think that though he's never seen Draco's son, he's heard ABOUT him quite a lot (from Teddy, one may assume). I could see Narcissa and Dromeda being bonding grandmothers... and oooooh! DRACO BABYSITTING THE WEREWOLF'S CUB. The possibilities. *starry-eyed*
I was RATHER upset when Ted died. Just. WTF WHY? Tonks too, I guess, but Ted was... uncalled for. Of course, now, there is fitting symmetricity between Teddy and Neville (raised by formidable widow grandmothers), but still. *woeful* Did you like the portrayal of the Tonkses though? Were they wrong somehow or fitting with your view? I liked them, but nyeeeeh Ted's death distanced me from them dramatically.

Thanks for the heads up and I hope that you are enjoying Fern's story just as much as I am.
