So what do people think now about the chances of reconcilliation between Andromeda and Cissy? Of corse I do realise that the chances are slightly...slimmer now that Death Eaters have killed both her husband and daughter, and Cissy's DE husband and son managed to survive. But maybe Harry will tell Dromeda about Cissy lying about his death, and maybe Dromeda will want to renew ties with the one other bit of family she has left.

I don't know. Despite Bella saying that her and Cissy haven't set eyes on Dromeda since she left that doesn't mean that a) letters weren't exchanged or that contact wasn't made during Bella's stint in Askaban between the two other sisters.

OK I might be a bit optomistic but they is still the possibility at least.

Ooohactually, I though it was quite highly likely they would reconcile now! Dromeda didn't seem faaaaaar too pleased when Harry did his little wangsty "BELLATRIX I WILL BIATCHSLAP YOU - oops, you're not Bella, are you... sorry, heh, lucky I didn't go straight for the Crucio, eh? heh. heh. *BLUSH*" thingie... perhaps they will join in a Black-and-Malfoy-Exclusive We-Don't-Specifically-Hate-Herry-Potter-But-Feel-He-Is-An-Obnoxious-Whelp tea parties?

One cool thing was that, in the epilogue, Ron said "so that's little Scorpius, then?" which made me think that though he's never seen Draco's son, he's heard ABOUT him quite a lot (from Teddy, one may assume). I could see Narcissa and Dromeda being bonding grandmothers... and oooooh! DRACO BABYSITTING THE WEREWOLF'S CUB. The possibilities. *starry-eyed*

I was RATHER upset when Ted died. Just. WTF WHY? Tonks too, I guess, but Ted was... uncalled for. Of course, now, there is fitting symmetricity between Teddy and Neville (raised by formidable widow grandmothers), but still. *woeful* Did you like the portrayal of the Tonkses though? Were they wrong somehow or fitting with your view? I liked them, but nyeeeeh Ted's death distanced me from them dramatically.

Hi, I'm sorry to pester you when you don't even know me, but I was reading a fic at [livejournal.com profile] fernwithy's journal and noticed you'd used an R/T icon I made. I don't mind you using it, really, but because I made it from another fan's art work(Loony Lucy), which I had her permission to do, it's very important to credit both her and me as the icon maker in your icon info. The info's in my userpics.

Thanks!

Oh Gosh I'm so sorry about that. I got it off someone who didn't know where it had come from so I've just sort of been using it without thinking. I'm really glad that you picked up on it and will sort it out imediatly. And I could...oh write you a drabble to make up for it? :)

And by the way it is a heartbreaking icon, really beautiful, I saw it just after I read DH and practically burst into tears again! Have you made anymore that I can check out? I'll remember to credit them this time.:)

Thanks for the heads up and I hope that you are enjoying Fern's story just as much as I am.

No problem at all, and thanks! Just wanted to make sure the artist got her due credit. There are a bunch of art recs in my journal which include the full picture I took that piece from (which is also where this icon came from), along with lots of other really great R/T art! I've got a few more in my userpics by other artists; guess I should do an icon post sometime!

You should they are all really good and although obviously the art work is a major part of the brillience, making icons the capture the spirit of the picture in such a tiny square takes talent as well. I've attempted to make icons myself, mainly Makani's art because it lends itself so well to icons, but meh, it takes me so long to amke even one!

And thanks for the direction to such a great artist, I'm always on the look out for good art sites. i'm one of those people who can apreciate it in others but can barely pick up a pen myself.
