My beta should be e-mailing it back to me any day now. The trouble is I always get really panicy while I'm waiting, "What if it got lost?", "Maybe she hasn't got it?", "Did the attatchements work?", "Why isn't it back yet?", "It has been at least forty two hours and fifty minutes since I sent it!"

And so on and so forth.

It was actually fairly cold that night, bit of a chill in the wind, but my sleeping bag is pretty good goes down to below zero, so I was toasty warm when I was inside it. As to potential stalkers, I'm not there anymore, but best to be on the safe side I suppose.

See the Golds DofE in the Pentlands isn't for another two weeks because of staffing difficulties, but I did it for Silver and we had pretty good weather, nice and sunny bit of a breaze. We went up to Mull for our final and the only time it rained during the whole three days was when we sat down to cook lunch on the second day and it stopped as soon as we started walking again. Mind you on that expedition our main problem was bogs, I swear Mull is just a big wet sponge. In the first three hours we walked only 6k and one of my friends got stuck up to her thigh in this bog, right next to a dead sheep. Funny in retrospect but then...
